Lynn Floyd is the Founder and Executive Director of Faithline, a faith based ministry dedicated to the flourishing of law enforcement officers and their families. Lynn's calling to this work is rooted in a rare combination of experience: nearly two decades serving as a police officer, paired with more than 30 years in Christian ministry. 

Lynn spent most of his law enforcement career at Texas DPS where he worked as a Trooper, Highway Patrol Sergeant, and Lieutenant in the Training Operations Division.

A Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge, and a Certified John Maxwell team member, Lynn has spent years developing leaders--including designing and delivering leadership development programs for Texas DPS. The blend of firsthand law enforcement experience, ministry background, and leadership expertise shapes Faithlines' mission: to help officers live purpose driven lives and thrive in their most important relationships. 

Lynn is married to his wife Amanda of over 25 years where they live in the Austin area with their six children. Outside of ministry work, Lynn recently completed a first half-marathon--a personal milestone that mirrors the pace-yourself, keep-showing-up spirit Lynn hopes to instill in the officers and families Faithline serves. Whether facilitating a workshop, mentoring a leader, or simply listening to an officer's story, Lynn is driven by a deep belief that those who serve and protect deserve to be served and supported in return.
